TigerMoses 31
So I have a IZ-332 model I converted and put some nice red furniture on. Then I got a WASR for a different project and it had a redish handle bayonet included, bonus. I have a bayonet lug, but I am assuming the sides have been ground enough, the bayonet doesn't lock. I have the rifle 'on display' so sitting there the bayonet looks nice, you move it and off it falls. Thought and found a way to fix the problem. I used a 'rare earth magnet' about the size of a PEZ candy, and slipped it onto bayonet in groove on bayonet, and position to be next to lug space. There some stell there, so it sticks to bayonet just fine. Slipped bayonet on rifle and felt a nice grab. Now a I can point the barrel straight down, shake and bayonet stays in place! Not strong enough to use aggresively, but works great for display safety!
