I got the wood one with the slant cut receiver and 22" barrel from Centerfire systems. If you find a slant cut one keep in mind, you wont be replacing the stock without some welding. The vepr stocks are at a different angle, and it was a small run so there is NO aftermarket. I find the thumbhole stock incredibly comfortable though, so I love it. Added a bipod and its alot of fun. Right now, im not sure you can beat centerfires deal on 7.62x39 Veprs. If you want a heavy receiver, heavy barrel, 3-lug bolt in 7.62x39, its tough to beat for $500. Plus theres a pretty substantial aftermarket if you wanna change it up. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
