Slight grinding needed to lock into lug. You will not need the tension spring as you see on your stock saiga gas tube (Ak-74 style platforms use the tensioner where as ak-47 gas tubes were custom fit to each rifle.) Now I ended up taking too much off with a file so i used some j b weld to build it back up then resanded it. It fits nice with a small amount of play. I dont think you want it too tight because it can supposedly lead to vertical stringing when rapid firing. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
