Is the RandR worth the price? I have given serious thought to scrapping the S12 and going to a mossberg 930. That 8 inch SBS has to be hard on a bolt carrier. sunnybean 939 Posted June 9, 2013 Report Share Posted June 9, 2013 Honestly, I haven't shot a lot lately. I have about 100 rounds through it. Admittedly, that's not much of a test. Don't know if Robert beefed up the threaded area as mine is cut down at the threads. As for the price, when your original op rod is FUBAR and your $2k gun is an inoperable POS, the cost is pretty much insignificant. 2 Quote Link to post Share on other sites
