It came with a SKS type lever assembly to give proper eye relief with the sporter stock. I have replaced it with a AK lever to fit and function on a "evil" ak properly. It looks like THIS scope offered by Kalinka, but has the same reticle as THIS scope. It uses 1 AA battery. The optics are great. As stated this scope is like new, and comes with all the extras. Case, eye piece, IR lens, SKS type lever mount, and book 100% in Russian.
