Can be done without a lathe (but it'd probably take a while). Uses bronze bushings (not included). Brownells part numbers are 184-046-012 (12 Gauge Rem-ChokeTM Reamer) and 184-044-012 (12 Gauge Rem-ChokeTM Tap). These are used, in excellent condition.
