Ok got my hunting license, booked my pig hunt at tejon july 21st. .308's are on back order!! where i live. I am going to order this week a scope from tantal for my 16" 7.62x39 & a .308/22"(if they get one in time) 4x or 8x power be good for the saiga x39? also what parts would i need to cut down the stock?

damn i new someone would post that pic. No its not it. I do like those! lol It looks like a typical, common, rifle buttstock but for some reason it has a small triangle hole in it. If i find a pic i will post a link.

I have a saiga AK sporter rifle & the buttstock i do not like. Since i live in cali theres not much choice. I have seen a buttstock that is similar to the stock one but it has a small triangle cut out in it. sorry i do not know how to post pics. anyone have a idea on where to find this buttstock?

thanx desert dog. I too also heard that 7.62x39 & .308 are similar. But, i will do some research after what you have said. I live in cali & looking to hunt some boar. 200 yards. I hear 7.62x39 is only accurate around 200 yards & also i do not want to shoot boar any farther than 200yards

any other options for my saiga AK besides the plastic handguard? anyone sell wood or another good material?

whut up guys! I live in Commiefornia & looking for a place to buy a FIXED stock for a saiga AK. ace skeleton stock Also does it come with all the parts i need for a gunsmith to put it on? or do i need to buy additional pieces? I thought ACE stocks fit right on. great site!!!
