  1. Yes, they count as three parts. You then need to switch out one more part from the parts list to be compliant with 922r. Parts List
  2. +1 on the Master Molders. I got 2 of em for about $25(including S&H) from cheaperthandirt.com. Also you don't need to modify your gun to accept theses mags. Just file down the magazine (make sure your 922r compliant though-don't just slap a 30rounder in there). I have never had a problem with them, and if I do, hell they are only like $12 a piece. They are not the prettiest mags, though, with that being the only downfall. Master Molder mags
  3. Thanks guys, thats about what I was thinking.
  4. My buddy is selling a Norinco SKS with the Tapco polymer stock on it along with the original stock it came with and a 30rd mag and 2 20rd mags. Its been modified to accept bottom feeding mags and the gun itself is in good condition. So how much would you guys ask for a gun like this? He said he was gonna ask 400-450 but I think that's way too much.
  5. Just picked up my 7.62 with a 16in barrel today(from Centerfire in Versailles,KY)(guy said they had 500 two weeks ago and are down to 25, they must go fast). I have read alot on the parts count and just want to clarify something. Say i use an american made 30 round mag(3 US parts?), that means i just need to change out one other part for an american made part to meet ATF regulations, correct? What would be the cheapest/easiest part to exchange? Replace the gas piston? Replace the stock? Replace a handguard? Thanks for any info
