Noob here... as usual... I could have sworn i saw a rail system that mako makes, that extends over the rear dust cover area a bit. The reason it matters to me is for a red dot. I like them a bit closer. i dont like side mount, dont know why. I have heard that UTG is trash. So mako seems to make some good rails from what i gather, and i could have sworn i saw one that extended over the rear dust cover. Maybe one of thier galil ones could be modified?
