Is there any information about when promag or surefire will release the mags and how much they might costs? Thanks

I have read on a few sites that there is someway to conver HK .308 mags to allow you to use in a Saiga 12. However after searching I can't find any instructions. Is this possible? Can someone send or point me to instructions on how to make this conversion?
