ETA: It IS NOT ILLEGAL for a non-licensed gunsmith to do your conversion, but it is illegal for a non-FFL'ed person to receive firearms in the mail if they don't own them.

Not too sure what you are getting at here so I'll just say this. I used to serve beverages at large conventions. We had two flavors. Lemon and cola. Black people almost always went for lemon and white people almost always went for cola. Now, commenting on either of these is not racist and neither are stereotypes. They are simply things that some races tend to lean towards more than other. No one is saying that blacks are sons of bitches for liking watermelon or as you brought up, fried chicken. If I say Russians like their vodka, is that racist? Every race is different and these differences do show. Hell it's just numbers man.
Well, let me make this point: You are consciously trying to dilute something that is a simple, and well-known racial stereotype that is most often used in a derogatory manner.
Now...... Maybe you just stuck your head into this without thinking, but understand this:
1) I don't give a shit if people are racist
2) I believe in free will, ie people can hate and stereotype whoever for whatever, and I totally agree with their right to do it
3) This is the Saiga 12 forum, not stormfront, so people should think a bit more about what they post as it reflects on the site and its members as a whole. Shooting, and Saiga enthusiasm is not an all-white endeavor. A good friend of mine who is black has a saiga in just about every caliber on my recommendation. I'm sure we have members and lurkers here who are black. We are here for a simple reason, so why divide or alienate our friends here?
Go fuckin' off about the first amendment if you want, but the government isn't here censoring shit, and the guy who holds the first amendment rights on this site, Makc, is free to censor and employ moderators to keep everyone in check as it is him who decides how his website is to be viewed, and regarded.
Now, you want to be fair, and thats fine but don't sit there and try to defend someone and claim objectivity. This is not a semantic argument.

I will not be anywhere near DC at that time, as it is going to offer a prime target for even a small terrorist attack. One small device will kill lots of people with the crowds they are expecting.

The Akins stock is a machine gun because the user did not have to do anything but pull the trigger and hold it back THATS IT... My stock you must push the firearm forward to bumpfire just like you would have to if you have a normal stock rifle with no add-ons. All it does is keep the buttstock to your shoulder and your hand on a grip.
Please go back and read the other 10+ times I explained this... Not trying to be rude it's just we have been down that road a few times already.

However, on the akins, you don't hold the trigger back, you just hold your finger back. The receiver moves back, and moves the trigger off your finger. Your finger is not in contact with the trigger the whole time. It is basically the same concept as using the belt loop on your pants and pulling the gun forward.
