  1. http://www.freegunstuff.com/Content.aspx?c...uto&NID=364 got this email & if you try to buy one it tells you their server is too busy because of their sale on full autos. LOL What a cruel April fools joke!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! "TGSCOM is very excited to announce: That NFA laws have been repealed through a long standing court battle in the 7th US Circuit Court. The president of TGSCOM had sued the federal government on the grounds that the NFA law violated the Second Amendment of the Constitution. After heated and lengthy oral arguments, TGSCOM is now able to sell fully automa
  2. Why is it difficult to load a full mag on a closed bolt? Does the bolt not stay open after the last round has been fired from the current mag? If no is there a modification to make it? What is a gas puck? Also the thread protectors I was thinking of getting were these (since they're only $35):
  3. Ok so I've got 3 Saiga 12's coming & I think I may have found a Saiga 20 (if they're in stock I'll buy one on Monday) What are some of the first things I should buy for them? I want to have that open bolt thing after the last round & be able to lock it back manually to clean & to leave open at the range when they do their actions open & clear inspection (like the Saiga 12 Swat was supposed to have. Whatever happened with those? Heard they have mag wells as well?). I'm also thinking about getting one shark brake & a couple thread proterctors for the other two. Othe
  4. Yeah but I'm willing to bet you can handle the recoil better than my 110lb wife. LOL
  5. Any idea why? Is there not enough of a market for them? Are they not being produced or not being imported? I can't seem to find them anywhere & so far no one can tell me why that is. There must be some way to get a new one for under $500 (unless that price on centerfiresystems was way out of date). If I can get a Saiga 12ga for $549ea then I should be able to get a Saiga 20ga for a good deal less than that...SO WHY CAN'T I?!?
  6. LOL nope I live in the wild west (AZ) it's no problem for me & I'm getting familiar with the process right now because I just bought 3 sound suppressors for which the process is just about the same. Not being captain obvious. You may well have helped a newbie that had no idea & would've saved him time & hassel, so IMO it never hurts to ask.
  7. I've called around a bit & I can't find the 20ga anywhere in any length or configuration let alone with the 19" barrel I want. centerfiresystems lists the 20ga with 22.44" barrel for $499.99 so a 20ga with the 18" barrel should be less right? http://www.centerfiresystems.com/saiga20ga...ai-20iz219.aspx Centerfiresystems told me all the 20ga models they were carrying have been discontinued including the "Saiga 20GA IZ219 Shotgun Part #SAI-20 IZ219" they have listed for $499.99 The salesperson said they just get in whatever Saiga gives them & doesn't know why the 20ga's have
  8. Yeah sorry, TYPO. I bought 3 of the 12ga packages. I think I've got the 20ga on the brain now is why. I've called around a bit & I can't find the 20ga anywhere in any length or configuration let alone with the 19" barrel I want. centerfiresystems lists the 20ga with 22.44" barrel for $499.99 so a 20ga with the 18" barrel should be less right? http://www.centerfiresystems.com/saiga20ga...ai-20iz219.aspx Centerfiresystems told me all the 20ga models they were carrying have been discontinued including the "Saiga 20GA IZ219 Shotgun Part #SAI-20 IZ219" they have listed for $49
  9. Oh & I'm thinking of a way short barrel like the 8" one on Tromix. I think read on Tromix that there are no new orders going through right now or something because they are so busy (correct me if I'm wrong on that because I'm not sure). So where else can I get an 8" barrel that's threaded so I can put one of those shark brakes/breachers on it?
  10. Ok so I just ordered 3 of them & now I'm looking for a Saiga 20ga with 18" BBL but can't find one. I found the 22inch or whatever on centerfiresystems for $499 (so I 'm thinking the 18" should be less than that right?) but no 18". Any ideas on where I can get one of those? Brair, Thanks a ton for helping me find the 3 Saiga 20's I just ordered BTW.
  11. 22 shooter, I think you may be right about that. I saw the homepage here & it said the 19" threaded was best. I was looking for it to say something like "18" Threaded BBL" or something on the websites but no of them did so I asumed they weren't. Then I noticed on that centerfire site that it came with a thread protector which duh means the barrel is threaded. Thanks for the welcome. I think I might go through centerfire although classicarms has a special for march that is $50 more than centerfire but includes the following: 2 ORIGINAL RUSSIAN 5 ROUND SAIGA MAGS, AND 1 BULLDOG BRA
  12. OK so I want to make a shotgun set up with little to no recoil & I want it to have fast easy target acquistion & be easy to use. Here's what I'm thinking so far: an AK-47 to AR-15 Stock Adapter (are the Saiga 12's & 20's the same receiver block stuff as an AK-47? I know the Saiga 12 Platform is similar but is it all the same as an AK-47?) http://www.makosecurity.com/Merchant2/merc...gory_Code=Other an Enidine Incorporated hydraulic Recoil Buffer receiver extension tube http://www.mesatactical.com/index.php?id=55 (bottom of page) or http://www.tacticalshotgunner.com/
  13. Brair, Waaaay better! That's exactly what I'm looking for & $100 less than what I had found. Thank you so much. I hope they really do have them in stock & haven't just not updated their site. I still can't find them with threaded barrels but after looking at Tromix.com I figure I can always switch it out to a shorter threaded barrel later right? Is it worth getting a 20ga or .410ga or should I just buy all 12ga? I might make one for the wife with an AR15 stock adapter then a recoil buffer tube by endine or whoever through mesa tactical. I wwould think there would be littl
  14. Yeah the trouble with finding it in old threads is that it's old info & the sites that had them in stock at good prices are sold out. This stinks, I wanted to order some this weekend. I also can't find any that are 19" threaded. ugh Does anyone have any current info on where I can find them instock & inexpensive (around $500-$600) or just in stock? I'll take all the help & info I can get from you guys. Puleeese help me find them.
