I have the following new parts for sale, all for a 12 ga. Sold my Saiga before I ever had a chance to use any of them so my loss your gain. One black magazine was taken out of the package and inserted in the gun but never shot, all the other parts are still in the wrapper they came in. How about using a countersunk screw in the larger size ? Or maybe really off the wall but would a rivet work? I know it can be tig welded without hurting anything.

You should go back over your personal rules of engagement, specifically what circumstances may you legally employ deadly force? Most places to be within the law you must be or reasonably believe you are in danger of losing your life or the life of some other person. By pointing the shotgun at someone you are for all intents using deadly force.
Conventional shotgun bean bag rounds can be lethal as noted and they are also notoriously inaccurate especially as distance increases. I've toured a factory and seen them being made and have shot them, I wouldn't bet my life on them. They have a specific role with LE.

Get some stuff called Aircraft Stripper, it will take off any finish easy and not hurt the metal underneath. Sold at WalMart and other stores.

MMM. I hope all you guys picking out your pc gun to use and then searched the internet for the most effective ammo to use against a poor minority youth just trying to get in from the cold. don't get thrown in prison for using that ammo. The ex prosecutor already said he would go for us if we used a non pc shotgun so imagine what they'd do when they confiscate your computer and find that you've been looking a balistic jelly pictures!!!
Better to just grab your ankles and let the intruders have their way with you rather than face prison for using the wrong ammo or heavens forbid a combat weapon.All this discussion has worried me so bad I've locked up all my evil weapons and now rely on a nerf bat and Cpt massageaboob on speed dial.

Ed was a Marine Pilot in WW2 and served this country honorably and died broke because he trusted the wrong people and he gets no respect.
Farah seemed to be a decent person and gave me a lot of tension relief.
I'm so sick of the non stop coverage of MJ and all the apologists and every washed up celebrity getting their air time declaring what a great talent he was. And that fuckwad Geraldo announcing that MJ was not guilty and never molested any children. What a waste of oxygen he is. I never saw any talent out of MJ except when he was a little kid novelty act. Other than that it was like overproduced bubble gum crap put out like a broadway show with every video and concert spending millions on production. They can make anyone a star they want to with that kind of money and music mafia behind them. And I'll never be convinced he wasn't a child molester, why did he pay off all those other families? He paid for his not guilty verdict on the weakest case and then shut up the rest of them with money. I hate the parents that let him get away with it almost as his ass. Good ridance he should have died in prison being big bubbas bitch.
And to top it off the govt is screwing us behind the scenes with the cap and trade while everyone is pissing and moaning about losing the king of pop.

The Judge does have a niche. It is a great tractor gun. Not to big to holster (leave one chamber empty), great for rodents #4 shot 15-20 ft.
Why leave a chamber empty? How about a 44 mag for the same niche, or a 44 Bulldog?

"The .410 a novelty"???? Come on now, I have taken two deer with my .410 single. Untold ammount of gamebird's. The .410 is NOT a novelty. It IS a great little shell. AND I have shot .45's through it!
I didn't mean the .410 itself is a novelty, it has its use in a full length shotgun. You gonna take the judge deer hunting?
As for the judge, I do not own and have not shot one. But I think it is a tool that has it's use's. And I am interested also. Gotta remember it's a "Shotshell through a 3 in rifled barrel".
If I shot a hostile in the face with judge at 20 yard's away, with #8. Is he going to laugh at me? NO.
How many number 8 shot do you think you can hit his face with at 20 yds with a 3 inch rifled barrel? Willing to risk your life he can't shoot back with his weapon?
How bout Some #4 to the gut at 25 yard's? Would I miss? LOL! 3 inch barrel......

I keep the shotgun that I am most familiar with, the one I shoot the best and the one that I have confidence in to stop a fight no matter what it looks like, along with other nasty weapons.
I'm so tired of hearing that the "prosecutor" is going after you for using xxxx gun because it was too tactical or had a scary name or whatever. If you have a righteous shooting it doesn't matter what gun you used, or what ever you had to use to save your life or your family's. If you don't believe it call up your local prosecutor and ask him if someone breaks into your house and you have to shoot to protect yourself if it makes a rats ass what kind of gun or what kind of ammo you where forced to use to save yourself. Hell, you may have to use a butcher knife if that's all that's handy. It's either a justified self defense action or not. To sell magazines or whatever many people have been confused by certain gunwriters and the same crap keeps getting repeated on the net. They take some shakey shooting incident and try to make it sound like a good guy was oppressed by the prosecutor because he used the wrong kind of gun. If I'm wrong somebody give a case number or newspaper account where somebody in the USA was CRIMINALLY prosecuted solely because of the (legal) weapon they used in a legal self defense incident.
You may be sued in civil court even if it is a justified but that's not the prosecutor trying to lock you up, that's some lawyer trying to take some money from you. You take that chance anytime and anyway you make the decision to protect yourself.
What matters is survival. You're going to grab the rusty duck gun you never shoot and not the S12 you shoot all the time and know like the back of your hand? I'll chose whatever legal weapon that will give me the best chance to stay above ground and be around to handle the civil case if it comes.

I consider it a novelty, there are so many better choices for PD. It's big and heavy for a belly gun and the buckshot only helps hit probability at ranges that it would not be very effective at. I'll keep my 1911 45 or my airweight 38 when I can't carry it.

I have to disagree, how he felt has everything to do with it. If he thought his life or someone else's was in danger he is justified. The reasonable man standard will come into play, can you guarantee you wouldn't do the same thing faced with the same situation and facts as he understood them at that moment?

If you want to rattle a Benelli owner have him put the butt up against something like a large tree trunk and fire, safely of course, it will jam big time. The same thing will happen if you add too many accessories and it gets too heavy. Plus they will also jam if you limp wrist them. Not saying they are not good guns, they are, just that they are not perfect either.

Two ways to go, leave the spring the length it is which leaves you a longer mag and cut the mag tube enough for the entrire spring and two rounds. You bascialy have the same feed situation as the top two rounds in a full length mag.
Or cut the spring and the mag which will give you the shortest possible mag length and will feed like the last two rounds in the mag. For a general idea on how much to cut the spring remove it and compare it to the mag tube, if its 3 coils longer than the mag tube then cut the spring to be 3 coils longer than the mag tube cut to hold 2 rounds.

Was just thinking..wonder if they are going to charge the other perp with murder too? In most states if you are involved in a armed robbery and anyone gets killed you get charged too. That would be an interesting situation for those who will pull out the race card.

Magnaporting affected the cycling on an 1100, had to upsize the gas ports. Makes me think it would affect a Saiga because it seems more sensitive than the 1100.
Edit to add the barrel was cut to 18 inches on that 1100 so that may have contibuted.
