  15. I notice theres a BIG rivet cap on the recver inside and out. I thought about putting some cardboard over the the rivet inside the recver to prevent fileing into the recver, is this a good idea or no??? I dont know if it will drill out when I drill it that is why I am thinking about filing it... Tell me how you got your rivets off??? I dont think a stright drill through would remove it because the edges are welded on...
  16. any tips how to remove this bit off the black and decker.... I have tryed for 1 hour to remove it! I have used grippers/pliers and it wont move, maybe its rusted inside? what should I do.

Will this work guys? I know its not a DREMMEL but it should work? it reads, 120V AC 60 or 65 HZ cant make it out, 3.5A No rpm stated
  18. thats nice i wish I had a dremmel for this job
  19. no. I cant even GET THE FIRST TRIGGER GUARD HOLE OUT I am not doing the drill hole in the reciver mag lever to hard and It will hold with 1 screw. I made a few dril holes but I cant get down in further it just WONT DRILL., I thought about taking my nail and hammering from the inside to make a new hole start then drill is that SAFE??????
  20. well I bought some new drill bits. I just cant drill out anything.... I pushed pushed and pushed and I cant get it to drill in..... This the front trigger guard hole.
  21. yea, these bits suck. I am getting a kobalt or something good. But did you use oil? I just let mine cool down
  22. Be sure to use a backing anvil when you center punch, or you will distort the receiver. this is on the revets... where do I play this anvill????? I just lay this on my table and pound the center punch into the rivet hole. is that safe or no??? theres NO WAY you can put a anvill inside the recvr ps. This is step 3, what did you guys do for punching out the rivets?
  23. what type of oil? and why? I thought you only needed oil for the TAP on bullet guides. It will be a mess with oil
