Does anyone have or know of step by step conversion instructions specifically for a s308? I've seen the saiga conversion page, i'm sure everyone knows what i'm talking about, but didn't know if the 308s were done any differently. seems they're set up just a tad bit different than the others and the trigger is obviously different looking but not sure about the internals. i'm a saiga n00b when it comes to conversions and all that jazz. advice on this would be greatly appreciated

thinking about painting up my s308 but can't decide what to do. Can't help but to think camo just wouldn't look good but don't know what else to do but getting bored with the black. anybody painted em up? let's see em

I was looking at getting this trigger. but it says that it doesnt fit the saiga 410 or saiga 100 series. so now i'm confused. i have a saiga 308-1, is that a 100 series? i've heard a lot of people say theres really not a lot of options when it comes to triggers for s308's thats why im wondering about this. and i dont know if theres anything besides 308-1's so i'm all messed up right now. pretty much i guess my question is, will this trigger fit in a 308-1?

Has anyone ever heard of using Dragunov type magazines in their s-308s? the rounds are so close to the same size i can't help but to think it would work but afraid to try without making for certain that there won't be any problems. Thanks

I just bought a S223 and the first question is my compliance..i bought the tapco t6 stock and pistol grip (i know kind of looked down upon around here but w/e) and i have 2 surefire mags. ive heard the mags count as like 3 parts..how much for the stock? is the stock and the pistol grip considered 2 different parts? i got it from a friend of mine that works at a gunshop so havent read much about it but bolted right on with no probs so. 2nd question..any advice on cutting the barrel down? right now i think i have a 20'' on it (the way i bought it) and thought about cutting it down to 16''. anybo
