What are those bullet guides? are they hard to install?

Are the saiga 20 round mags harder to come by than the 30 round mags?? I'm a newbie and i just bought a saiga and was trying to get a 20 round mag but they are much harder to find and way more expensive, coming to around $40-$60. Thats outragous considering the 30 round mags are only like $30 roughly. I'm just confused. Can anyone give me an explanation about this and more importantly does anyone know where to find cheap 20 round mags?

I'm a new user and i just bought an IZ-132 (762x39). I wanted to put a t6 collapsable stock on it. Does the T6 fit on this gun or just the shotguns or what? Thanks.
