Alright guys, another issue I am finding (and yes I have searched the saiga forum ) is that I can only fit 2 rounds of 12 guage ammo in my saiga 12 5 round mag. Am I missing something like a plug they put in tube shotguns for hunting?

BTW, can I shoot slugs, 00 buck and 0 buck shot? Is there anything I cannot shoot out of it?

Thanks to everyone who provided info on my last thread. A couple of more questions: 1. Where is a good place to buy 12 round mags? On this site? I can't seem to find it anywhere. Are all the manufacturers reliable? 2. Can I shoot slugs and 3" magnum shells? 3. Do I have to modify the magwell to accept 10, 12, 20 round mags? 4. I'd info, possibly a video, of how to convert my saiga to have ak style pistol grip, stock (folding preferable), where can I find info? I checked out the sticky here but didn't see specifics. Should I hire a gunsmith or is this something I can d

I haven't fired live ammo yet, but even when the bolt is halfway back, I am able to pull the trigger and make the hammer fall.

Hello everyone! Newbie here, just bought a saiga 12 ga. I need help though, it appears to fire out of battery. Should I take it back or is that normal? Sucks because I just bought the darn thing new.
