I've run across an ad for parts and accessories for a Chinese SKS T-63. I'm familiar with the type-56 SKS, that so many of are in the country. The magazines remind me of the 20 rd. AK-47 magazines, except that they are ribbed on the back, unlike the normal Chinese AK mags. I tried to fit one into my Pre-ban Type-56 Chinese AK-47, but it seems too long to fit into the magazine well. I was wondering if it was possibly designed for the early pre-ban SKS-D, the ones in standard length and the detachable folding spike bayonet. Very few, (in the big picture) of those made it into the country before
