  2. Okay here's ALL the reponces to questions above. Yes, the unit has built in sights. Yes, the rear sight is adjustable. No, the upper and lower will not be sold separately, but the top doesn't have to be attached. Because they will be Estamated delivery, is toward end of Feb. No, it won't fit a rib.   4. No modifications are required on your firearm. The rail comes as a top and bottom. The original screw for the stock forearm secures the bottom rail. The top fits tight on the receiver and is secured to the bottom rail by screws. Rail mounts solid to the gun.
  5. RAIL UPDATE: Okay guys, the rails will start production in a few weeks. We have decided to have them made in ALUMINUM! The manufacturing numbers have come back and it looks like the cost of the complete ALUMINUM rail system will be less than $275! The cost difference between that and plastic would be $15.00. If you haven't been put on our waiting list, you may want to sign-up. We plan on offering the rails to everyone who responds before December 23, 2005 at a cost of $249.95 plus USPS Priority Mail. Save yourself some cash and get a great rail system on the initial offering.

  8. Agree 100%. I've got my sights (both iron and red-dot) set up how I like, Guys, the top and bottom come in 2 parts already. Top and bottom halves. We did think that far ahead for you. I stuck the ACOG on there for LOOKS, My Kobra still fits fine.

  10. Yes, it's just like most of the plastics used by other firearm manufactures. I believe its stronger (but I hav'nt assulted my UMP with a hammer to find out.)

  14. This is it guys! Finally there is a Saiga 12 Forend Rail Platform. We just finished our prototype, with production to follow shortly. The rail platform will most likely be made in a reinforced plastic. Price has not yet been established, but will be under $300. The Rail system will have an adjustable rear ghost ring sight. A short run production of 50 units will be made! We will be starting a " NO money down waiting list " to reserve your Railed Platform.   15. At Halo Manufacturing, we have decided to POSSIBLY maunufacture accessories that have not been avaliable. The first being a Full 4 rail system, similar in look to the "Arms SIR Mount" for the Ar-15. Currently this design is ready to manufacture in 12ga. Either a glass filled nylon or aluminum. Plastic being cheaper, but metal being stronger and more expensive to produce. The current design features a adjustable ghost ring sights. Photo's avaliable soon.
