Hi everyone. Was looking around originally to by a PSL but found this place and was thinking a Saiga would be the way to go. What I want to do is get the S.308 with the 22" barrel and switch out the front hand guard for a Dragunov/PSL sytle synthetic front stock and a put one of those Scope rails so that I can mount any kind of scope, keeping the stock stock. Just a few questions though. Bad news I live in the people's republic of California and what kind of legal stuff do i need to look out for?
