if you want to evenly wear it.......
cycle the hell out of it with nothing in it.....the bolt will remove what it needs to with its rotational movement.....just work the action without anything in it like 100 or so times, then retry your snap cap....

i have all the measurements of the factory chokes, all 3 of em not just the two.....
just search the forum for my username and choke and you can find all the specs.....i will say while people seem to like the polychoke i love the foctory chokes because they can be removed, changed, and what the hell ever swapped on....
ohh and they make a 19 inch gun pattern pretty good, as long as you find a good load

if you can get a hungarian gun for a good price, and its not a hackbuilt kit....it would be one of the best....the russian gun would be right up there too....

instead of the front sight being at the 12 o clock position, it wont be.....

my buddy loves his a-5 but when i shoot it next to my s-12 i find it has trigger slap......must be the howitzer style barrel

the great gains in velocity come from slower burning powders.....
if you load up 2 rounds of 10mm......
one with a max load od power pistol, and one with a max load of blue dot....say in 155, 165gr.....
the power pistol would be hotter out of the g20, or delta, but the other would gain more and be a better performer out of a 16"
look at the loads and powders...the 2400 in 44 or 357 mag...you can use 2400 in some 10mm loads...it would prolly work good in a long barrel....

you dont have to be scared of hurting the rivit ....a small 3 pound sledge always worked good for me....maybe a big ball peen would be enough.....it wont quite work with a claw hammer.....

the quickest way to fuckfeed a ar or ak is to fuck up a bump fire......
that is why it is not a normal way to shoot and whatnot......
its a trick not a skill......
a fucked-bump-fire will also drop a hammer on a live round and not have it go off.....let the hammer go to soon and it rides the bolt home.....
shoot a ak and it wont jam unless the mag is f-ed....bump a gun and watch the fuck ups fly to the surface.....

the "break in" can be needed pretty much anything needs a break in...new motors are suposed to be broken in but if you dont it wont hurt it(till the end haha)
if you consider break in 400 rounds of high brass...then it doesn't matter if you do it in an hour or if you take 4 months to do it.....
the guns were made to cycle low brass thats why they have two settings....for either damn sure it'll work, or its really cold, or this shit is weak.....we have setting 2 for a reason.....
i have let people shoot my 12 and they had problems....while i did not they were "limp wristing"
out of the three types of value pack at walmart i think its either fed or win that runs good in my saiga on setting one.....only 1 out of the 3 are worth a damn....
it takes some time to the parts to "mesh" and swapping parts before you know it runs good wont necesarrily be the best thing.....
hell its part break in and part "getting used to it" anyone can shoot a pump 12......but when you have to hold the bitch still while it cycles against alot of recoil you find not everyone needs a 12ga........
they make lesser "calibers" gauge shotguns for a reason......
some women can shoot a saiga 12 some cant shoot even a .223
people dont want to admit it but the 12ga is a pretty powerful round and people having problems is because they think 12ga is for everyone....

actually your better off using the trigger and disconnector from your g2 and the stock saiga 12 hammer........much better off no grinding and your saiga gets to keep a part......

i understand they were melting with blank fire since it has a barrel block and holds in more heat......

isn't the thermelt problem tied to blanks and not with normal ammo.....or normal firing not full auto....

i can explain for you lone star.....
back in the day for comp you had to have a certain "power factor" to make "major", this was a formula for finding "power"
it used to be higher so people would load the 9mm so hot it would make this minimum so the shots they put on target count the same as say a .45 or 10mm
it caused problems.....it led to the invention of new rounds....9x25 dillon
but it also broke stuff and fucked up peoples wrist....
the 9mm major was wearing stuff out quick.....
they dropped the "power factor" down 15 or 20 or so and then you can get major with 9mm without having to "worry"
if you love 40....or whatever and you shoot a 115gr 9mm at nearly 1500fps out of a pistol.....you would not doubt the 9 again.......
think of it not as overloaded but as a different load.....
9mm parabellum was used by the brits and whatnot and opperated at a lower pressure than say the german 9mm luger....
so while externally the 9mm parabellum and the 9mm luger were the same(keep in mind i'm talking 1930's-50's)
if you fired luger ammo out of your "parabellum" it might just blow the fuck up......
after years(getting to normaler times) the rounds were "equalized"
this is why lugers have gotten the "unreliable" aspect hung on them....its because your running pussy ammo thru it.....
the 9 can be loaded way way hotter than wwb, or +p levels which is 105%
the old glocks with the "npv" have been proofed with 130% loads........
actually when they were first tested they had to run like 15000 rounds and then be proofed again.....to make sure they could hold up to it
these old 9mm major loads were kind of like proof loads......just they used so many of them they proofed the slide into pieces.....

i dont think the non hand rollers know what your really saying about the pf.......you dont get much with a 40 over a 9.....especially if you roll your own

i'll say pretty much any eaa import would be good.....
....not that others wont be
