  1. hi, I recently refinished my 223 in Norells moly-resin finish. It requires a media blast to roughen the surface. They recommend that the part be heated to 100 deg, (I used the oven on the lowest setting) then a baking at 300 deg for a hour. I used a flat black base coat and the cammo was foliage green, tan and grey-green. I tried to tape the outline for the cammo pattern, but the tape I was using was leaving sticky part behind, and I didn't want to bake it into the finish. (I don't know if it would have, didn't want to take a chance) So I cut out the design out of 3x5 cards. So it didn't get f
