Sorry for the confusion. It is an Arsenal SGL and after quite a bit of searching I have come to realized that you are exactly correct. My initial assumption post was even misleading me.

I just purchased an SGM Tri-Rail hand guard for my Saiga SGL-20 with an Ultimak Railed gas tube. My problem is that I don't have a clue on how to start the installation. It came with no hardware or instructions. I understand the the sides need to be trimmed and that's not a problem. I am not ready to butcher the Saiga however. Does anyone know of any resources, websites or gunsmiths that may be able to help? I have done quite a bit of searching on line but there are no videos or reference materials. Thanks guys!
