  2. yea, im just gonna have to make sure i disassemble it on my floor so if it drops out ill have it, are they like roll pins with an ar where i would need to give it a nice tap to hold it in there? thanks
  3. the end of the bolt, the pin that holds the bolt together kinda shot out, thank goodness i was able to find it on my floor,, i ended up cleaning the fireing pin and spring since it was out but when i put it back together the pin just slid into the hole, i tried to get it in there as best as i could and am wondering if its susspossed to be that loose in there, im scared its going to come out and i wont be able to find it next time,,, thanks ahead of time
  4. i was gonna buy the puck for the cleaning properties it supposedly has and to be 922r compliant for the future,, that MDarms v-plug definitely has its advantages because of the multiple settings, thanks ill be probably getting one of those friday
  5. what do you mean by power? thanks
  6. I was just wondering if i would buy the standard and wanted to shoot slugs if it can handle them or i should just put my factory plug back in it? thanks
  7. http://www.mississip...ston-p-888.html with the twisterpuc which level are you supposed to use for low brass birdshot and the occasional high brass? and also if its something that is a must or not? thanks in advance and also, has anyone ever ran one of these? http://www.mississippiautoarms.com/saiga-12-aka-auto-gas-plug-black-p-1531.html thanks
  8. i love the thing, from me owning mine ive successfully made 2 other people saiga owners lol
  9. i didnt hear anything fall but i was outside, i just cant believe that it would be that loose in there, how are people fixing them if they don't have the spring? thanks I think CSS or MAA has the replacement spring. You may want to do the spring notch mod and the Safety lever clearance mod while the weapon is down. Hopefully, these pics will help. fixed!! thanks guys,, the spring was just lying flat, i just had to get it from an angle and pull it back up onto the lever,,,thanks again
  10. i didnt hear anything fall but i was outside, i just cant believe that it would be that loose in there, how are people fixing them if they don't have the spring? thanks ezekiel86, lets rephrase what Hobbyshooter said. The Spring SLIPPED off the ( BHO) Bolt Hold Open. The Spring is still inside the Gun trapped between the Receiver and the BHO. Lone Star was suggesting using a Dental Pick to reach behind the BHO and pull the Spring up back onto the BHO. ok, thanks, im at work but since its a motorcycle shop i can freely work on said weapon in back of store lol ill bring it in and take

  12. cleaned gas plug yesterday and reassembled saiga, slide got jammed and couldn't figure out why it wouldn't release, turns out the bolt lock(correct term?) that holds the bolt back on a unconverted saiga next to the trigger guard is super loose and can jam the bolt in the locked position and wont free up until you pull it back and hold the lock button down with your finger from the bottom? i dont know if its a typical problem but when you slide the bolt back a couple of times it will stay locked back 1 out of 5 times??? thanks in advance
  13. ive tried to search and havent really had good results, im not super great with computers, i was just wondering if their was a diy showing step by step how to take the plug out so i can clean it? thanks in advance
  14. what does that mean, sorry like i said im new and trying to take all the info in at once, thanks
