So is it worth it to go with the Dinzag Modified G2? I was thinking of going with the CSS #2 since everything is there. But, if there is a big benefit of the built up G2 I should probably go with that?

So everyone has used the .308 Tapco G2 FCG and had good luck with it? Or have you used a different FCG?

Really not sure you need one for the 308. Unless you are doing something out of the ordinary to convert it. I might be wrong. Mine works fine after my conversion. Others will probably chime in that are more knowledgeable than me. What did you do to convert yours? How does it work? Thanks

Hello, I am new to the forum and also a new owner of a .308 Saiga... I have searched for awhile online and am wondering if anyone has done their own barrel threading on the .308 Siaga? All I can find is people who have done a 7.62x39 and .223, the .308 has a thicker barrel correct? I wanted to go with a 14x1 LH thread but think the barrel may be too thick? If it is, what would you recommend as a thread and how to go about it? I know there is the 17x1, but there are no attachments out there (that I could find) that would fit. Thank you, any info would be great.
