No its the Pistol version, but the stock is just 80 bucks so its possible to get it registered and built into a SBR for under $300.
I hear the mags get better with some break-in, but I havent had any feeding problems at all with my mags
My very 1st 30rnd mag built would only hold 15 (something was obviously wrong) so I took it apart and rebuilt it.
Now they are holding 28 & 29 rounds (Im hand loading and just can't get the spring to compress any more than that).
I have one more 30rnd extension (for 3 in total), but I haven't built the 3rd one yet (im going to buy more G21 mags today).
Even with 28-29 rounds loaded the rounds seem to slide out nicely without very much pressure/resistance.
I'm liking my 30rnd mag extensions alot; they've been 100% for me so far.

They're Glock 21 Mags with Kriss 30Rnd extended mag kits.
...The extension kit cost about $30-35 bucks.
I've got 500rnds though my Vector without a single problem so they extensions seem to work very well.
They fit right into the G21 too!

I did a chimerical strip and repaint last week.
I painted it once before and all that paint came right off. Almost all of the original Saiga Park-job survived the chemical strip too (I was surprised) so that was cool. It turned out great!

in my humble opinion... the best bang for your buck red dot (hands down) is the Bushnell TRS-25
Its all aluminum, is very sturdy, and weighs less than 4.oz
I have a few of them set up as co-witness sights on my AR, AK & V
(and Im working on a 4th one set-up to be co-witness on my S-12 now that I have my AK Sight Block from Dinzag)
For under $80 I don't believe it can be beat
-
Im sure I could get use to the new one.
As far as the "look" goes.
I think I like the old look better. It seemed more sharp and precise.
The newer look of the buttons reminds me more of a video game (kinda cartoon-ish)
But thats not really a complaint. I'm sure I'll warm up to it

Looks like the SLR's serial has a BD prefix, which means it's from a later batch and should be free of feed-ramp issues. Definite plus.
Yes Serial# BD 46 1919
Its shoot perfect ...never given me a single hiccup!

It looks like the lower picture. What is the signifigance?
everything. it means the russians improved the design from the factory, so we never get jams on the barrel hood wit 2 3/4 inch shells. thanks for taking the time to post.
heres a good pic to show you how the longer barrel hood prevents 2 3/4 in shells from jaming on the barrel hood. thanks again evl.
So are all the newer S12 comming in like this?
...If I go to CSS and order me a S12 will it be like this?
Before this thread I never even heard of the smaller shells having issues with FTF jamming. I've been reading along with this thread and liked what I saw but wasnt all that enthused about the new design cause I never had FTF's before. Then just TODAY I had then over and over (shells getting jammed up in the hood) when I was shooting. Talk about pissin me off
It makes me wanna go out and get one these newer ones just because of this now

hah thanks Inzami! ...apparently I didnt even know how to spell Bulgarina

I've been in the process of down sizing my firearms collection to a more manageable & essential size. I love all the firearms Im not the type to own Safe-Queens. I like to use them, not just look at them. My collection got to the point to where I just don't have the time and money to shoot them all... So Im getting my collection down to a more essential size. These are the last two I'm selling.
Bulgarian AK-101 / Arsenal SLR-106FR SPF
No much to say about this one except that its a Top Quality AK in Excellent Condition. Factory Mil-Spec Folding Stock, Hand Guard with Heat Shield, & Side mount Scope Rail. Its has no modifications at all; Its in factory form (as it should be) and it runs smooth as silk (its never given me a single problem). Mechanically its 100% with no signs of wear on parts. Externally there are no dings at all with only minor wear on the finish. It comes with the Original Factory 5Rnd Mag, Sling, Oil Bottle, and Tool Kit
Priced to sell @ $880 + $30 Shipping w/ Insurance & Tracking

Yugoslavian 7.62x39 M92 Krinkov Pistol SPF
This baby runs smooth and has never given me a problem. Its been 100% reliable, and is a blast to shoot! Its Built on a Armory USA Receiver from a virgin unissued Yugo M92 Parts Kit. It was built as a Pistol to keep the original short barrel while not having to be registered as an SBR. Mechanically it's in excellent condition with no signs of wear at all. The Wood hand guard is one of the nicest hand guards I have ever seen (the detail and depth in the wood grain is amazing!) On the outside the finish could use a little help. It seems to be a light finish which has has worn on the edges of the receiver and on the bottom near the mag well. There are no dings or scratches in the metal itself so a finish would bring it back to show room condition. If I was going to perfect this M92 I would get it refinished with a very durable finish, and be done with it. The M92 also has Glow in the Dark Sight which is very cool. There is a detachable swivel buckle in the rear for a Sling (I shoot with a sling to help steady it for quick firing), but this M92 Would be a great candidate for an SBR. All that would need to be done is get it registered with the ATF, and add a Stock. It comes with one 20Rnd Tanker Mag, & four 30Rnd Bulgarian Mags.
Check out this Video of it running!
