Thanks for the info. I know what a trunion is. I was just suggesting someone make a sticky for what to look for when purchasing a saiga.

Can someone please make a sticky for what to look for in buying a saiga? or point me in the right direction to find it if it already exists. What is a velcro stamp? What does it look like? Pics of the different options flat vs round trunions. This would help us newbs. Thanks

Does anyone have any information as to why there is such a shortage of .308s? It seems like all I can find are 7.62x39, .223, and 5.45x39 did they stop importing the 308 model if so why?
