  2. Aethelbert, I have two 4 round mags for the 3" shell. I also noticed someone speaking of using a dry lube for the inside of the mags for better feeding? Maybe I shall try that as well... -Spectre
  3. Well...Just tested yesterday...with better, yet less-than-pleasing results...it went through a couple of mags of ammo without one jam...as where before, it was jamming every mag...but it still did jam...I dont know how new the mags for this are..as i bought it used...even though i didnt put TOO many mags through, i shall clean it thoroughly once again and try it all again probably friday...maybe the mags need to be broken in as well...I shall keep posted on the results...and as always, thanks for the insight, guys! -Spectre
  4. Thanks for the insight guys! I will be testing my weapon tomorrow after working a long day. I have THOROUGHLY cleaned the gas tube and part inside..it did happen to have some nice build up on that part...so maybe that is the problem...I hope for the best -Spectre
  5. Thanks yet again, Aethelbert! I shall break it down and take the gas tube out and use the good ol break free. My sights are the same type as yours are. GOOOOD enough for me. I bought it used from a good friend of mine. God knows how long he had it before he sold it to me. Once I get this problem solved, I am looking into some sort of side-folding stock. Accessorize, Accessorize, Accessorize...I will keep posted how the next shooting session goes..once again, Thanks! -Spectre oh, by-the-way, did you check gunbroker for the mags you are looking for?? -Spectre
  6. Hi, Aethielbert! Thanks for taking the time to reply to my problem..My Saiga is the old version with no select in the settings...are there certain shells that happen to work better than others for the .410? All the other shells ive tried have ended up ripped open in the chamber...which isnt only frustrating, but getting kind of expensive as well...I am really looking forward to getting this thing up and working so i can enjoy it like so many others.
  7. I just got a Saiga .410 for my birthday last month...everytime I fire the thing, it jams. The shells "spear" on the "fork-like" object in the breech when the second, third and forth round chambers...so basically, i'm operating with a single shot...I have the 3" mags...and i'm using 3" shells...i've used federal, remington, and winchester...all with the same results. I've broken it down and cleaned it extensively with each time I go out to use it..I have two different mags (both 4 rounders) with the same results.. I have contacted EAA about this and they told me to call their gunsmith...but I
