If not too late, I just found Saiga 308 mag pouches at skdtac.com. They are made by Tactical Tailor(USA). They are 4 x 4 x 1, with adjustable bungee retention strap. My 25rd Surefire mags fit great.

Check out CarolinaShootersSupply.com for everything Saiga. These guys offer great support and have how to videos to do you own conversions. I put a Mako Collapsible Stock Kit w/ Shock Absorber on my 308 - feels like shooting a 20ga- with no loss of cycling. Also, be very aware of 922 compliance.
