The day the suits watched all three systems demo a drill and then go straight into a live fire was one of those memorable and prestigious moments... approximately mid 1992....ish

I was assigned to ADA's most notorious "shit-detail" unit......2/6 ADA

Tried to find my few pictures....that put me smack dab in a mine field of "Honey Do's"!

Pictures my say a thousand words, but if its one that has a Vulcan, it roars deep inside my chest.

I was the very last gunner to run drills in front of a bunch of suits'N'shades from Washington. Imagine one of the firing ranges at White Sands with a set of bleachers filled with ties.The Chap and Hawk crews did their drills also. I think that was the day they phased out our MOS.
