  1. Here we go. One more reason for the leftists to institute a ban on these fine firearms. Its too bad these guys just cant shoot themselves and save everyone the trouble. Why shoot an innocent LEO? Probably going to end in a firefight when they corner him, hope he dies a slow and painful death without taking any more innocent people with him. http://www.google.co...=1t:429,r:4,s:0
  2. Hi all, I have a couple of converted Saiga 223's, and I really like the contour of the stock forend. My problem with it is that the sling swivel on the forend is a joke, and I dont want to drill and put one on the side of the forend either. My question is, does any one make a sling swivel adapter plate for the front sight base similar to the ones made for older AR15's, that uses the hole in the sight base as the mounting point for the sling swivel? I have searched high and low on the net and have not come up with anything, which leads me to believe it doesnt exist. I may end up having to m
  3. Dinzag arms lists that all Saiga rifles use 74 length pistons. I was unhappy with the G2 because it had a 1mm tall casting line on all contact surfaces that I had to actually file down prior to polishing. They are really really poor castings. My Arsenal trigger group that I put in my other rifle only needed light polishing to get a super trigger pull. The quality of the Arsenal product was 200X better than the Tapco and at the time I got them they were the same price. I just ordered my pistons from CNC Warrior, he makes good stuff and I expect the pistons to be just as good as any others.
  4. Should I use a 47 piston or a 74 piston? I am thinking of going with the 74 series Arsenal piston. I was appalled at the poor quality of my G2 trigger group, so I am not interested in the Tapco piston.
