Yes I do; are there any good attachments to get?

I recently got a 7.62 x 39 Siaga and this is the first gun I have bought with iron sights. I would like to put a Tacticle 4 Reticle Holographic red dot sight on it. Is this a good idea? I didn't see any place to mount it, do I need to get some rails for it. If so, what type? Any help would be appreciated.
