  1. We finally got our client's parts back after two years. Nothing touched. The only reason we got the parts back was because we contacted the AG and consumer fraud in Oregon. Thankful for the Oregon DOJ. Thankful that we got the parts back, still really angry and disappointed about the time, the money, and the lies. We won't see the $200 for the parts and the shipping, nor the "pacifier presents" for the angry angry client. Live and Learn.

  3. We received an email from Pauly about a month ago saying our parts were done but he was broke. I told him to send them COD to our shop. My client is livid and freaking out, plus it's already cost me over $100 in "compensatory" merchandise trying to make my customer feel better. I called and left a voice mail for Pauly today because he has not gotten back to me. He has had our parts for a year.
