  1. I have a Pro Mag 20 round drum and an AGP 10 round stick and have had no problems with either one My friend who i shoot with has a pro mag 20 round drum, 12 round drum, and 10 round stick mag and hasnt had any problems either we both had to file a little to make shure the mags would fit the gun
  2. Well i have had my saiga for around 2 months now and I am loving it already converted after the first month i had it with a dph arms stock and conversion kit from carolina shooters supply I have shot around 500 rounds of the cheep value pack ammo mostly federals. I have noticed a few fail to eject's mostly from they way i was holding the gun. I pollished the bolt my self, and installed an auto plug I have noticed that it keeps backing off, I need to loctite the screw. other than a few quirks the gun has i am really happy I bought this gun
  3. I think I'm gonna invest in an auto plug
  4. When I say mixed results I ran a 20 round drum of the universal and didn't have a single problem switched the gas plug to setting 1 ran a 5 round clip and it fired them fine too. I let the gun set for a while then it wouldn't cycle the universal on setting 1. Readjusted to setting 2 and finished out the mag with out a problem. Im thinking I got a good one
  5. I purchased a new in the box saiga it's stamped 08 I'm guessing that is the year it was made. I was successful in shooting the federal value pack ammo and winchester 00 buck and tried some of the Winchester universal with mixed results. I'm happy with my saiga except for the spring falling off the bolt catch lever and causing the bolt to jam open with out any way of getting it closed with out disassembly of the gun
