I've readed and watched videos how people use white or red lithium grease does it make a difference if it's black and it's for multi purpose grease? Thanks!

I'm new to rifles so please bear with me. Am I able to reuse the trigger the rifle came with after converting? If not does anyone have any recommendations? I'm not interested in buying a kit because I want to buy a decent collapsible stock and this is the reason why I want to convert my rifle. I just want an arsenal hand grip. A low profile picatinny rail and an optic.
