I had the same issue ran perfect out of the box then issues. I pulled the gas block and opened up the front and rear port can't remember what size bit. Just go a little larger did the polishing work then a CSS reliability kit. Runs perfect.

I love my promag 20 round drum. O have had it for about a year put 500 rounds through it my buddies gave me hell for buying it until I did a 20 round mag dump in under 5 seconds three times in a row no failures. Most of the time newbies don't realize it's a tuning problem in the gun not the mag.

OK for anyone who lives in Virginia. If you have a Saiga 12 with a folding stock do not even think about putting a 20 round drum on it. As soon as you do you are in violation of the street sweeper law which is an instant felony. Residents of other states should check to make sure it isn't a local law.
I have a ProMag 20 round drum and have had no complaints.

The fact is a S12 is better than any shotgun the US military ha. I use to want Benelli M4 or a SPAZ12 this both cost over a grand and are external box Fe. I picked mine up for $675.00 got it home cleaned it and ran 13 rounds through it it less than an hour of owning it. I of my favorite weapons seem to be the most expensive. This is the least expensive of the lot of absolutely love. I'm just aggravated I didn't have the money when they were $525.00 but it's well worth the price tag

I clean and oil every weapon I use most people can't tell if half the weapons I show them have ever been shot. Yeah I'm a real stickler to detail. I think your doing a good job on the cleaning regiment.

I'm glad I saw this the only law I knew of is in Virginia having a folding stock and a drum magazine holding more than ten rounds falls under the street sweeper law sorry don't know title or section code now I know USA is the way not to go to jail

Most fruit and vegetables work well frozen bottles of water with or without food coloring use to shoot cars for machine gun shoots lots of fun fyi and check hardware store for out of date grout aerosol cans just stand back it gets messy foam heads they use to display wigs and hats and the old favorite just set up some clays and let them have it
