Looks like an awesome day!!! Congrats! Nothing like a bend in the rod and screaming drag to keep you warm!!!
It will be spring before the big boys show back up in the surf of the Outer Banks...can't wait to sling some bait!

If your willing to travel and not afraid of heights the wireless industry is good place to start. Most towers were built 20+ years ago and are constantly in need of more steel to support todays technology, i.e LTE, certified welders are always in demand.

Yeah, I was wondering how long it would be before we actually seen this shit. I want some!
ETA: It could be photoshopped too, but the modern tech dont suprise me.
+1 If I could get some of that I would never have to buy another tree stand.

The best thing about these is that they would fit in a water bottle!

I dont trust the electronic locks. If it came from the Department of Defense, maybe. My luck would be Id get fucked out of accessing my pistol when I need it. Id like to see one with a good ol combo lock or even a key.
I would prefer no lock at all but I have kids so I have to keep all my firearms locked up at all times. I forgot to mention that my model does have a key and a power cord.

I recommend the GV1000D. Have one in my night stand..There is enough room for a full size handgun and other stuff, i.e. extra mag, surefire light, cash, passport and even with the light the battery life is excellent. Get the cable with it...I anchored a small eye bolt in the stud behind the night stand to secure it.

I understand what the guy trying to say... trigger time is a good thing. I think one thing he has not realized that some in my generation, I'm 35, have been around the AR-15 platform for 20+ years now. I remember the day the old man brought home two Colt Sportsters right before the Clinton ban, which I still have. Growing up I spent way more time on the ARs than I did the shotguns or dear rifles due to the ARs lack of recoil. I am as comfortable on a AR as I am on the model 700 or the break down 12 gauge. Two models I still use to this day for hunting along with ARs.
I can't thing of a better pig gun than a AR chambered in 6.8...
I do agree with his point on pistols...they are only used to get you to a rifle. The most expensive pistol I own is a Glock.

Mine is pretty simple....I live in SC and if there is a season for it I am catching/killing it. Deer and Hogs are my favorite but it really doesn't matter...yotes, ducks, turkeys, ect....If I have free time I am in the woods or on the water. Got love a state where the deer season goes from 8-15 to 1-1 and depending which zone you hunt no limit on bucks....did I mention hog season is year round day or night.

Facebook......never have never will...
In this day and age if you don't believe you are under constant surveillance then your damn fool. Hell most of us wont' leave the house without grabbing our personal tracker, ie cellphone. It's a GPS transponder and radio transmitter. If you think that you are the only one that control what and when it transmits then you just need to go back to sleep. Hell we voluntarily give up our shopping habits just to save a couple bucks!! Think about it...if you use one of those buyer discount cards they can tell if you are regular or not every month by how much TP you buy.
Every aspect of our daily lives is being track by someone...be it big business or big government. The line between them is getting blurrier by the day.
The public school system is shitty....but I think that's because most people rely on it to babysit their children and they don't question anything....For my child it is only part of education, my wife and I make up what the public education system lacks....It's our job as parents!!! We talk about what he did in school that day every night at the dinner table...that's right we all sit down at the same time, we say grace, eat dinner, and talk about what they learned that day. My boy hates it..LOL "I'm soo old school"...Little does he know I used to think the same thing about my old man when I was his age...My old man is no longer with us.....I wish I had the chance to tell him how right he was.

I would normally say move the trigger back to it's original position..but given the current political climate.....I would buy all the mags and ammo I could afford...That is where it is going to start......eliminating high cap mags and taxing ammo....its just a matter of when. Parts will be around for a while.

Classic has a converted one a little cheaper.
Now what do they mean by low pressure shells?
What is the best pressure to use? Slugs, or bird, skeet shot?
That converted S12 at Classic doesn't even come close to that factory original S12-07 at KVAR. The one at KVar was never in sporter configuration and has all Russian components. I would gladly pay a few more $ to get the factory Russian 12-07. It is a really good deal. At least with it, you get to chose which componenets you want to be made in the US, if you decide to run hi-cap mags. A US mag and a US FCG will make it 922r compliant.
They mean weak bulk birdshot, in essence. Mine will run most commercially available ammo, outside of some low recoil loads, but I do a little work to them to make that happen reliably. There really is no "best pressure". Try loads until you find what it will cycle or get to work on making it run a wider variety of loads.
I am going to agree on this one...get the S12-07 from K-var.....I have a Classic converted S12...I should say it was a Classic converted gun...It has been gutted and rebuilt...and I will leave it at that. Save yourself the time and $$$ get the S12-07. I wish I would have.

I have come to expect nothing else from a commonwealth....all 4 of them have unusual laws...i.e. most of them don't require a class for CWP just show up at the sheriffs office/courthouse with a check and your hunters ed card....
Down here you have to take an 8 hour class given by a approved instructor in which you must fire 50 rds to show you can handle the weapon, then pass a written test, be finger printed by LE. Then you take you certificate for passing the class, finger print card, and check and submit to SLED for you background check and issuance of your CWP...If I remember correctly is was about $200 dollars and a 4 to 6 month wait...
Gents the link is not working and this is the first time I have seen this...so possession of a folder and a drum will result in a felony in VA?
The only reason I ask is I travel thru there on the way to my farm in WV....I am thinking I will have to order some drums to leave on the farm.....
Thanks

I would answer this question first. I would also recommend a free floating barrel which ever way you go.
