  1. No, I didn't drill anything out. I don't want to screw anything up and I'd like to be able to switch the stocks out... plus my tool selection is limited. I figured i'll take the easy route for 922r, tapco says t6 with grip is 1, usa handguard is 1, usa mags is 3, tapco hammer is another 1 so i'll be clear.
  2. Retaining wire...makes sense haha I'll give that a try...is that fairly simple to take out and put back in? thanks for the help, buddy.
  3. I'm trying to switch out the stock hammer for a tapco hammer. The pin holding it in place will not budge even the slightest bit. Am I missing something? doing it wrong? I already broke the pin punch that came with the saiga kit. I have not taken out the stock trigger. any tips to get that little guy out of there?
  4. Thanks for the reply and the welcome. here is a picture of the trigger I ordered... maybe this will help? I switched the forend for a usa made one and this trigger group counts as 3 parts.
  5. Hi guys, this is obviously my first post but i've lurked in the background for help to questions for awhile, but i can't find an answer to this one...so go easy on me! I got a .223 about a month ago and i'm working on making it 922r compliant before I add the pistol grip. I'm going to add on the tapco stock withOUT moving the trigger group forward. The simple one that replaces the sporter stock. I ordered a Tapco G2 single hook trigger group and all of the install videos I have seen are either for moving the group forward or they leave at the part that I am not understanding...what ha
