To all victims:
I posted a "Go Fund Me" topic in the General section of this forum.
Be sure to leave ideas, encouraging comments, for this fundraiser.
Note: I will not personally handle any donations if Makc allows this fundraiser to get up and going.

Y'all made it abundantly CLEAR that I was "to close to this to be trusted" (your words no less, MLR) and wrongfully, publicly implicated me PERSONALLY as to my involvement in CRIMES I had no part of... and was NOT to be trusted... Like that didn't have negative effects on me or my business..
Tried to help before.. even offering my own parts and money when I had no dog in this.. got hung out to dry for it..
I will not go there again....
...and I apologized to you, and admitted that I was being jerk. Since then I've given you the respect you deserve, and should have been giving all along. People got testy with who knows how much money they had stolen from them. Didn't give me a right, but can we just move on...

Mods please stick this thread.
As some of you may be aware there was a vendor named Paul Pawlowski who has ripped people off. I'm one of those people, but this comment isn't about me. I at least got my parts back from this man. Others haven't been so lucky. I ask for a very highly regarded/ trusted moderator's assistance in launching a "Go Fund Me" page to aid the victims who have not received their parts, so that they can move on, and put this behind them.
The reason I need a moderator for this is so that donations will go to a trusted source.
Any support, and/or donations would be greatly appreciated. On behalf of the victims of stolen firearms parts I sincerely thank you all if only just for reading this.
Don't hesitate to pm me.

I dislike checking this thread knowing there are still so many that haven't gotten satisfaction over this. You might consider RandR Targets. They were still listing Saiga-12 stuff on their website as of a few minutes ago. Bolt carrier is showing $280.00 and although it is a good source, it still sucks having to replace it. I hope Pauly's heart softens and he decides to make things right the way he should have with the rest of you.

Unfortunately Paul has a self destroying personality, and all of us got dragged into the war he is waging on himself. Paul is not a good man. He is not a selfless, caring individual. He is a selfish, self centered, arrogant, loathing, wicked person. Thankfully, people can change, but until Paul changes this drama will continue.
Paul, face the consequences! Give these people back their parts even if you are mandated by law not to do so. Give it all, everything you are now, and this memory away, then recreate yourself as a better man. You will survive. This isn't life and death. Holding on to these parts for any reason at all is selfish. Man up, and take the fall...life isn't fair.

hi how many people still didn't get there parts back. the don woman didn't have mine so paul still has them. i tried to get a current phone number or address but no luck. I will be engaging an attorney in portland to try to get something done but i need current contact info if anyone has it. also if anyone else didn't get there parts i can add them to my list. i will have the attorney and an investigator working on this within the next week.
I hope you guys get your parts back.

Drove up and had a great visit with Shannon from Cobra's Custom and left my parts #001 in his very capable hands to get done like they should be. I saw and handled a lot of his work that he did on an assortment of weapons. Looking forward to getting his work done. He is getting busier as many are wanting him to finish what Pauly didn't.

Got my parts back as well. He started on the charging handle but the weld is not finished and looks like bubbly crap.

Well said.I have no dog in this fight except when Pauly cried for help, quite a few of us revealed more about ourselves than we normally would, even to a friend. We tried to give him the encouragement to battle his demons by letting him know he was not alone. Made fools out of us because we cared for a fellow human being. He had to be forced to give up the parts and he isn't even the one sending them back. Every one who sent parts must get them, no excuses and he should be held accountable for ALL MONIES RECEIVED. Even with restitution and I highly doubt that will happen, where I come from, he's still considered a thief. In my eyes, your eyes and most importantly in his eyes. He can never be trusted for what he has done. He betrayed a lot of good people and until all is totally remedied, it's still open season on his ass. He deserves whatever punishment he gets and more, but it doesn't sound like he'll suffer the way he has made others suffer. Perhaps I am being too harsh in my opinions, but I was a couple days away from sending both my bolts to him when he started his drunken rants. That is why my feeling are so strong about stealing. I lost four guns 21 years ago to a thief. I've replaced all but one and I'd still like five minutes alone with the perp. I'm hoping each one of you get all your parts back as well as your money. If I was religious I'd say bless you for having more patience than I.
Anymore people have an opinion on the matter?

The question for us is: "After recieving our parts, do we allign with those who did not in pounding the last nails into this proverbial coffin?"
In other words, do we file a theft report with the Oregon State Police for the money we paid for services that have not been rendered?
What do you all have to say about this?

Just got an e-mail from DOJ saying that they do not have my parts, so this shit goes on and on with this A-Hole, over two years of this shit. the person form DOJ told me to contact my local PD to file a report on the theft of my parts. that is going to be real high on the priority list of things for Jacksonville, Florida sheriffs Office to get on.
We have been submitting reports to our local PD's, and Oregon PD's already, and they have not done a thing, but contact Paul.
Maybe after submitting your report with your local police you should submit one through Oregon "STATE" Police. Let's face it. Paul keeps hoppin' around from place to place so who knows where he might be?

I've been working with Salem PD for the last few months. The Officer made extraordinary efforts on my behalf. He spoke with Pauly in March and Pauly said he had my parts and still wanted to finish them but admitted to making no effort to contact me. Shortly thereafter, Paul sent out the emails about the prepaid labels so I thought we were getting somewhere. Despite the SPD pursuing the criminal case, I sent Pauly a prepaid label because I JUST WANT MY PARTS BACK.
Several weeks later, I don't have my parts, my prepaid label has not been used and no contact from the DOJ (even though I filed an online complaint).
Today, the Officer notified me that the DA would not pursue criminal charges because they see it as a civil matter and he recommended I contact an attorney to pursue a civil case.
I'd like to think the call from Salem PD spurned Pauly to turn some people's parts over to DOJ but it's gotten me nowhere. If someone could PM me the DOJ lady's contact info, I will give that a shot.
That's odd that the DOJ hasn't contacted you yet. When did you submit a claim?

Talked to her the other day, she did not have any advice except to take legal action, after I asked if she could get in touch with him again. I would think that the department of justice would actually help everyone with some justice, but doesn't look like it for me. If anyone else in my same situation wants to get something else going as a group, I would be all for it. It's hard doing anything being literally across the country.
The DOJ was the department I was told to go to for civil cases. It appears that what's going on with people who's parts are unaccounted for is criminal.
Folks with parts unaccounted for need to file criminal complaints with their local PD's, and the PD nearest the Oregon DOJ.
If you have already filed "criminal" complaints with the above stated PD's follow up, file an update to current reports, and include the most recent information of the goings on in this tragedy. Also note the DOJ has a load of evidence in their posession, and would most likely cooperate with the PD's in a criminal case.
After the DOJ does their part, our group will come together, and figure out a way we can help those less fortunate in this tragedy. We are brothers, and sisters here who share in similar circumstances, and that brings us together.
Paul should be held responsible for this debacle for "JUSTICE" not revenge.

If my understanding of these things is correct. He was most likely told he would be making payments to the DOJ to pay for the reimbursement of the the DOJ's funds, or else the OR tax payers would be paying for it.
If Paul cannot come up with the other parts I believe they truly were finished. They were probably finished so well they fetched a pretty price to someone else. He most likely got paid TWICE for one set of parts. I hope I'm wrong, but unless he can magically poof the parts into the DOJ it's THEFT!
When I talked to the DOJ lady, she told me she did not have my parts. She also told me Pauly gave them about 30 bags of parts with peoples names on them in which mine was not one of them.
Man, that just flat out SUCKS!!! I count myself very fortunate they told me they have my parts. I hope you, and others in your situation get some kind of retribution. I feel for you guys...what a crappy thing to do to people.

When this is all done and over......Pauly might not be able to legally own a firearm.At this point, I'll take the money for a replacement. If he doesn't have that, then he can send me his.

Well...pretty sure that lands Paul a theft charge...
...unless he figures out some way to make it right.
Realisticly, he owes you the amount your firearm(s) would cost, but you would probably have to settle for the cost of replacement parts.

My parts are not with the DOJ, so it's not all out of his hands.
As for you and your situation...DUDE THAT SUCKS!!! I'm not even sure they have my parts, and I'm a little worried.
I feel for ya bro...sheeesh...well I'm not going to stand around and not help...after the dust is settled I'm launching a fund raiser on this forum if the mods will allow it to help people that did not get their stuff back.

I have filled my Complaint with Oregon DOJ it has only been 26 months since this crap started. and My last three is #500,
Has anybody gotten anything from the Oregon DOJ yet?
I'll post as soon as I hear anything from the DOJ.
Not that we know of.
At least it's out of Paul's control, or lack there of.
The process is moving forward.

How sorry is he, honestly? He apologizes, and apologizes, and drags this mess out. If he is not a criminal, he certainly is a poor excuse for a man. That's not to say he can't build up from here, as I'm sure this is rock bottom. What he put us through was wrong. Apologies aren't going to cut it. I forgive you Paul, but only because first, in order to follow my religeon I have to. Secondly, I want to show you what real men act like when they're on the bad end of a bad situation.

I don't think Pauly can ship anything. I just got a call from OR DoJ. I spoke with them for about 20 minutes. She said she's calling everyone for whom they have parts for (apparently they're in boxes with names). I filed my report early last week, but she hasn't gotten it yet. This is great news. She wanted to know the best way to ship them back. I suggested a box and not an envelope, packed well to prevent awkward parts from poking through (charging handles, rods, etc). She said for everyone who sent him parts to file a complaint. Time frame for returns looks really good provided it doesn't go from civil to criminal. Keeping my finger's crossed.
She say anything about using our shipping labels?

I should start growing my beard out, and measure it when my parts come in. Question is which 'Jacob's Ladder' do I measure first?
