Paul told me he had to sell some equipment. I can't see a good reason for him not to accept the money and buy new equipment, but this ordeal doesn't make a whole lot of sense anyway.

I was under the impression that Pauly had several peoples' parts ready to be shipped. I notified him that I would pay my shipping cost, and others have sent him labels. Next thing I know the crickets are chirping. Pauly told me that he would never commit wire fraud, and that some of his other customers don't mind the wait because they know of the quality of Pauly's services. Edited for triple post

I've offered many, many times. Offered to pay return shipping and extra. Sent him a shipping label. No contact. Emailed him again a few days ago. A lot of us have offered to pay for shipping, and didn't get a response.

You'd think theyd have some to spare.

I told him I'd relay the info on the deal he offered me when times were rough back in May '13. He gave me a 25% discount. Pauly (pretty much) said that he knows this waiting stuff is bs, and everyone will get their parts.

Evidence to the contrary is plainly seen. Someone who wants to make it right with people establishes a line of communication with them, and personally addresses the issue. He's running away from the problem. I don't have a dog in this fight! I can only pass the information as it was given to me. Yes, but this means he is biding his time. He's been stalling. This does not mean he is fullfilling his obligation to his customers.

As you all have read in this thread, parts are shipping and continue to ship... This is not the case. If it were nobody would be here right now demanding answers from Pauly. Do you understand that, because Pauly said these things does not make it true?

Easy...I never said anything was your fault. Generally, I find it hard to trust anyone on the internet. You are free to leave anytime you wish. Juggernaut, you appear too close to Pauly. I don't trust you. I don't know about other mods. I don't think you're out to get us. I think you're alligned differently. Maybe I'm wrong, you haven't proven otherwise.

I don't see how this relates. Most of everybody here has proof of a transaction with Pauly, among several other pieces of supporting information. It's definitely time to view our legal options now.

Ya I might lose my parts, and my Saiga 12 could become a permanent paperweight, but I'm not giving this man power over my decisions. I'm not playing some stupid child's game where my parts are being held hostage! Oh no. Sometimes sacrifices must be made in the "Real World" during the pursuit of justice.
