I would say that the mag spring is worn/weak or maybe the sides of the mag need a little lube, stove piping is usually a mag problem in my experience.

I placed a order for a Saiga 12 for my Old Man the other day and the dealer (who usually knows what he is talking about) said that no more Siagas can be imported anymore.
