there lots of laws and there not inforced becouse they are unjust , a town a county a state, and federal gov can all have laws dosent mean any one of them are gunna follow each others

every shop in cook county sells them i can think of at least 4 off hand, and they have been around for like 10 plus years . Dont u think if they were so illeagal they would close the shops, it not like they are a secret and u need a pasword to get in
Now if you have them in city limits. chicago PD will bust you, other than that no one bats an eye, shit i have to register all my guns with my town police department and they dont say any thing and i have 2 ak47's, ar15, ar10, a galil and a mac11, all registered in cook county and never had a problem so explain that and countless handguns

yes it is all the shops sell them here and ive bought then in cook county before , and i dont see any gun shops getting shut down, also the owner said he refuses to do the transfer as a buisness owner he has the right to. im just glad that i am getting my rifle finally

No he had itt the detective made him produce it after i was telling him how he told me he never recieved it , even though i had a traking number and some one at his shop signed for it.

So today was a productive day, after telling all my friends about the situation my one buddie said he knew a elmwood park detective and gave me his number. I went to the shop with him and he pretty much ripped he a new asshole . It was awsome. So pretty much he said that if he did not either turn over the weapon to me or ship it back to Kvar he would be filing a stolen gun report and coming back to arrest him. You should have seen the look on this assholes face classic. Like O shit i fucked up. So after that he agreed to send it back. I called Kvar right after that and told her of the situation and she said she would be sending out a call tag to retrive the rifle and then shipping back to the gun shop down the street were there will be no problems. She said i may have to pay for shipping again but she will see if she can get that waved. That put a smile on my face. Then i though time to shit all over this guy. Call my chicago office of the ATF and let them know of how he was doing pre checks for the NICS before guns were even shipped to him. Then i called OSHA and let them know about the lack of ventalation in the range and how i was afraid there may be hi levels of lead in the air. That put a big shit eating grin on my face. I am far from done with this guy but i though that was a good starting point.

The dealer sells the same rifles in the store there right in the window..it called the home rule or something like that that the town can decied not to follow the countys law look it up..and the state already said they will not inforce that law

So they should send it back at least ..but hes refusing that also..he can send it right down the street to the other gun shop and they will do the transfer and i told him he can keep the 45 i paid him for the transfer and still no

how would i find out if elmwood park IL has a pre check law, i looked on atf site no luck

i want my gun first damit, and then ill let hell rain down on him, when i called last week monday before i even bought if from kvar and called to make sure it was all good he said come in as soon as possible to do the paper work, i thought this was standard procedure, since ive only really bought guns from there besides person to person sales.

Thats what i told him send it back ill take my money else were, and I called kvar right after and talk to the lady and she said there should be no problem with them giving it to me and she would call, she called me back and said there was no answer from multiple calls, and i know they were there cause i was just there and the ower and his nasty wife were there.

I have no idea why he would want to keep it does not make any logical sense to me. So if any one else is in cook county dont ever go to illinois gun works hes a crook.

Ya he ran the check when they first got the tracking number from Kvar last week wed and just came in today ,Tony. Thats when everything was all good now i go in today and it was like talking to a different person. O we can give you that it illeagal, o ya then why you do a check and charge me for a transfer or even allow me to transfer it here in the first place.

One FFL thats less than a mile from there is like we have no problem transfering it to you. This place has done many transfers for me before on hand guns so i dont know why there being dick. The thing that sucks is this is the only shooting range around, 10 bucks stay as long as you want and a couple blocks from my house. Go the 5 times a month if not more. All ways praise how help full and nice it is. Now im bad mouthing them to evryone i know and on yelp.
