well all really left is to add the nylon plugs but really im finished!

i ended up getting there. i had to beat it with a hammer and afterwards take some material off the gas tube so it would seat properly. now all i need is some paint and my conversion is done

so i filed it down quite a bit and eventually i got it. but its not quite in place and its stuck lol. i just need to try 1 more time

so im getting everything all ready and the only thing i cant seem to get right is putting the upper handguard on my gastube. this is the stock set i got http://centerfiresystems.com/stkaka-bul.aspx and the gas tube i got was labeled AKM AKMS gas tube. the upper handguard just wont go into place.
