I have a Saiga .223 and want the an FSB that mounts the cleaning rod. How do you remove the old FSB and install a new one?

I do plan on shooting it; as I stated before. I even stated the range I would be shooting it. I'm pretty sure any AK variant is capable of punching paper at 100yds and is fairly reliable at doing so (any disagreements on that one?.) That is why the utility aspects are not a priority for me when selecting the 16 or 20". You guys are great at not actually providing feedback to my question btw.
