    Hi Gunboy- If my deal on a S12c falls through, would you consider selling/sending a S20 down to me in Kali? I have all the info on how to do it legally and have arranged with Entreprise Arms(FN makers) to receive it in for me. Basically I would need a 5 round mag inserted and 2 tac welds done on the mag release to make it 'fixed' BUT not have the welds so the mag release is destroyed and cannot be corrected when I move out of state..

    OR they also told me they can accept it in in original config and they would weld it for me in their gunsmith area and charge me like 30 bucks,and then transfer it to me.

     

    Let me know--see I can have a saiga shottie but will be a pain to reload it-but at least I will have it!

     

    Goddamn Kalifornia! Thats crazy talk! Hey Thousand, you let me know buddy, and we will work something out. You'd be better off having them do the work though. Someone else e-mailed me about the S-20,but I have'nt heard from them. Either way I can get more.

    Get and Vepr ultimak, you still have to trim the hand guard

    but is a lot less, it cost a little more but look better on the

    Saiga original hand guard, by the way black jack buffers

    have the vepr ultimak with out the vepr hand guard for sale

    and used ACE front sights and original hand guard.

    You have a few options, first is to buy a regular AK front hand guard and a retainer like the one Dinzag sells, or you can get the Tapco Galil Saiga hand guard which comes with a retainer. Or you can put the ultimak on and carefully measure where the Ultimak will be and determine how much you have to trim off your origanal hand guard and then remove the excess material, you will also have to remove material from the Tapco Galil. So you might as well trim your origanal hand guard.

     

    To answer your question sure you can use your origanal but you will have to trim it.

    I would like to do this and would like to keep my Saiga unconverted.

    Does the Saiga Handguard require the origional gas tube for attachment or can i trim the hanguard to fit the ultimak?

    I see the rear handguard securing screw but is there nay other securing point on the handguard?

    Heres my next purchase i got yesterday from him..im on this Norinco/Chinese kick all of a sudden.Its a NIB NHM91 7.62x39,21"barrel. It came as a package that included the bipod,sling,oil bottle,cleaning kit, 2 30rd & 1 10rd Norinco mags + he thru in two extra 30rd Euro mags free.It also came with a 5x32 scope and top rail mount. $399. The drum wasnt included ,i already had a couple.Next is a NIB NHM 90 in .223 with 3 mags...my tax refunds toast :unsure:

    A thief on the AK boards

     

     

    There is an individual ripping off members of the AK boards out of Eloy, Toltec, and Casa Grande, Arizona. He ripped member wjm off for a threading kit and a number of guys for AR uppers and now he has started scamming people for AKs which he never delivers. He has gone by screen names Joker52, AKfever58, Kandl4ever, Wariotricker and as of today AZG on several sites.

     

    On the EE of AR15.com there is a thread going that give the names and addresses that he has people send payment to. He is nothing but a scammer and a number of people have been contacting the police numbers and postal authorities that are posted on that site. It is only a matter of time until he hits here.

     

    He is also posting on the migeta forum. He was banned from the akforum.
