  1. They are indeed strict too strict by a long way. Never the less you can still own a high capacity shotgun on a section 1 firearms licence the only restriction being it must have a barrel of not less than 24" long. What you can't have is any kind of centre fire self-loading firearm of any description and no pistol/handgun of any calibre other than black powder. In a nutshell our governments over many years are paranoid of armed civil unrest. They had their finger burned with the Indian Mutiny years ago and have never forgotten it.
  2. Hi all, I'm looking for a dealer who can sell me a Molot 12 with a 24" or > from anywhere in Europe. I don't suspect there is one in the UK from where I am from and if there was you would pay a king's ransom buy one. I did read that www.rosjagd.com or www.rosjagd.de sold them yet these site don't work. Also www.waffenschumacher.com did sell them at one time but now ether can't be bothered to tell me or don't know who is the dealer now as they never reply to emails on this subject.
