Hello Everyone... long time forum reader, first time poster.
I finally took the plunge and ordered a 7.62x39 in 16", it should be delivered early next week. Can't wait to take it out to the range!
The rifle only comes with one 10-round mag, so I've been looking for additional mags (preferrably 30-round) that would fit an unmodified Saiga and it looks like Gilbert's has these in stock:

My question: Does "Modified in the USA" mean that it is considered A-OK according to the rules and would I be OK slapping it onto the Saiga with no further modification? I wan
