my microwave was flashing but none of the other electronic devices were... Guess that was about the extent of all that... Glad I was prepared!!! I reset the clock to 2:01. and went about my business!

I used to have several tanks close to 20 plus years ago... two 75 gallons, 6 or 7 20 gallons, three ten gallons. the tanks were about equal in number for fresh and salt water. The 70's one each fresh/salt, 3 each of the 20's fresh and salt, I even did a 10 gallon salt water... my local " fish guy" said it would be near impossible... but with the right biology/filtration/fish it was almost self sustaining with just cleaning the filter when needed and scraping the salt back in that collected on the top every couple weeks or so... ( and maintaining proper salinity, when doing that. ) It was running clear, and had healthy fish for years.
The oscars I had were very cool fish. trained them to jump out of the tank for feeding... they would come about 6 to 8 inches out of the water for goldfish or pellets in your fingers. I even used to show off for company, and hold pellets in my lips and they would come up and take them... Did that for a long time... till the one day, one of them "missed" and my lip was bleeding quite nicely from all the little teeth-tears in it! ROFL! Didnt hurt... was just embarrassing LOL!!!
Even had a funky looking " long fin" oscar. He was kinda stunted from the day I got him from a friend... had a stubby rear end... but he was a pretty fish none the less.

Went fishing Monday morning. Got the two fish shown here. I got the Lake Trout, my buddy Brian got the Salmon ( chinook)
Tuesday, they spent the day in a brine, getting them ready. Then dried in the fridge overnight. Yesterday, they found their way to the smoker.
Did them over apple and hickory wood. About 4 hours cook time...
Came out truly AMAZING, and moist, and smoky and DELICIOUS!!!!
I just had to share! ( or gloat) ENJOY!!!

Why does the pistol grip/stock which looks to be all one unit, sit at a funky angle?
and why does it look to be a right hand only stock? As it looks like you cant pull the trigger with a left hand...

Thin slat of wood, one that fits between the spring, and will stay in place is a good option. Slide it up in between the coils, then restore the bottom plate. Simple, easy. Just gotta trim it to the correct length... nothing to it.

ok... so will someone please enlighten me about WHY I should give a fuck if my X39 ammo has an 8M3 bullet in it or not? Does it punch holes in paper better than others, meaning a true MATCH grade target bullet? Or is it an actual hunting grade bullet loaded in mil type ammo? Or ??
Seeing as how I load my own... I can tailor any load to do whats needed... and as I dont think I can buy 8M3 on their own... I am curious as to what the hoopla about them is.

I was in 'Cuse today at a store called Ra-Lins. ( Pronounced RAY LINS) They had tons of .22LR in stock. Shorts, subsonics, hyper-velocity , and standard velocity from CCI, Remington bulk packs of 525 rounds. off brand packs of 50 rounds... even a shitload of Remington "yellow jackets" haven't seen them in ages!!

They caused the DEATH of a human being!!!! I DEMAND that all race cars be banned!!!!!
If we cant BAN THEM, then they must be LIMITED in power!!! They can have no more than a 100 CI displacement engine, and they MUST have fuzzy-foam bumpers 360 degrees around EVERY CAR ON EVERY TRACK!!!!!! Maximum speed will be no more than 20 MPH!!! and all cars must have a governor on their engine to guarantee this speed limit is adhered to!!!!
Too many race drivers are killed by race cars!!!!! We MUST as responsible human beings make changes in this gruesome sport for the betterment of all who participate!!!!! If we can SAVE EVEN ONE LIFE... isn't this the path we MUST FOLLOW?!?!?!?!?!

I hope to see those around here... would be good ammo to have, just for the price per round/reloadable brass afterwards. Sure beats the 18 or more a box for winchester 150gn soft point. And probably reloads just as many times as anything else out there.
