Thanks guys. I will do some more experimenting with the choke and patterns. my choke is one of those adjustable poly chokes i got from saiga 12 . Anybody every chrono birdshot from saiga barrel? I did try some 1300 fps 1 1/4 loads. but those really rocked the gun

Do saiga 12's have lower knock down power or throw a larger pattern Than say a stoeger m3000 cylinder ,26' barrel using 7.5 birdshot? Even using a choke the S12 seems to have lower knock down power on knock over steel. say 15 yards away I can tell a huge difference using same ammo. Do you guys have same results? is it inherent to design ? To much gas? Is there a fix ? Mine does cycle all bulk ammo Thanks

Looking around i see the SGM hand guard and the short UTG hand guard both with upper rails? What do you guys think of these to hand guards? Either good enough to mount a red dot on?

I was looking for a new forearm with at least a railed bottom so i can get a better grip and maybe add a hand stop or angle grip I would like a little more reach if possible. it cycles low brass better with a tight hold to shoulder when moving. Can you add rail to standard forearm? Does the ones with upper railed section any good. will the hold zero with red dot? do they block iron sights? Any recommendations? Also looking for a adjustable choke so i can knock over steel plates better at 20-25 yards. What works?

i guess 5 to 600 but not sure I don't see any battering on rear just having a few feeding problems and wondered if recoil spring might need a change

When to replace recoil spring? How can you tell if it needs replacement? I shoot mostly low brass 7.5 shot

Where can i get the best deal on a 20 RD drum? MD arms or promag Will the drums cycle with low brass bulk ammo? My gun will with stick mags Thanks

What are the options to add a fiber optic to a S-12 ? Anybody try the snap on fiber optic on the gas tube? Its supossed to fit on a 12 or 20 GAuge barrel

I must be confused. i thought those were rivets in some of the pics they must be plugs. Do you just glue them in ? How do the ace blocks install? Do you have to remove the old trunoin to install a ACE block?

How do i rivet up the old trigger pin holes? Long rivets all the way thru, Do i need something in the middle or short rivets do i need anything else? I have access to a AK Rivet tool jig Is there a guide or picturies for this part Just don't want to screw it up Does the ace internal rear swing trunion mount in the old rear trunion holes ?
