thanks guys for the help. I should have told you guys earlier about the history of my gun. I bought it brand new 3 years ago and have probably put 500-700 rounds through it. I know how to field strip and everything, but my love for the saiga brought me hear especially after wanting to do something a little more fun to it. Now I do have a question about the 922 compliance thing. So if I use US parts then I will be straight right? Okay so I am a complete new guy when it comes to the saiga .223. I want to convert it to have a pistol grip, new furniture, and hi-cap galil mags. I saw dinzagarms.com and don't know what the difference between the round trunnion or flat trunnion bullet guides and which one to get. And finally I have seen these saiga rifles with a longer barrel than mine and can't understand why mine is 19" I think? Can y'all tell me what to do with this rifle and what to get? Remember I am new so you might have to spell a few things out for me Thanks guys and great job on all the work.
